In a lyrical relay of thoughts, this film narrates the stream of consciousness flowing through a cross-section of Qatari society. In the suspended time and space of a Doha traffic jam on reclaimed land, a random group of people create a temporary urban society – a metaphor for the largely transient countries of the Gulf.
